  • Bait and Switch!!!! After buying a brand new 2017 Ford Escape, this dealership calls to tell me 2.5 weeks later that they have the wrong VIN# on my contract and that I need to return the vehicle and get the one I purchased (still on the lot). The one I purchased was a Titanium package, and what I had bought per the contract said an SE package. They then wanted to charge me an extra 4 grand to make up for their mistake. I asked for my trade-in back and cancelled the deal. I will never go back to this place nor recommend it. What a waste of time and energy.
