  • I've been to this company a bunch of times and spent lots of money with them buying parts I need for my landscaping company I own. I Have a C.O.D account with them which means I have to buy everything right then and there and I don't have a credit line with them. Last week I got in the mail saying I have a credit of 43 dollars with them because I returned a bunch of parts, then I get a very rude lady named Mary calling me from the credit department saying I owe them $135.00. Which I tell her that is impossible because I don't have a credit line with them and always paid cash. She basically told me I owe them this money and I was a liar, then hung up on me and wouldn't return my calls.So I email all my receipts showing in big bold Letters C.O.D account and that I actually have a credit of 43 dollars with them. She ignored everything and shut down my account with them, so I can't buy or return anything. So they stole 43 dollars from me, hung up on me, and now trying to steal $135.00 from me. This is absolutely ridiculous, HOW CAN I OWE YOU MONEY WHEN I CAN ONLY PAY CASH FOR MY ITEMS. I will be taking my thousands of dollars worth of business elsewhere and will be contacting the proper people to get this resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THERE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM THAT HAVE NO COMMON SENSE
