Its lame how you have to actually give them at least one star. I honestly hope no one ever has to experience what I have experienced with this company. For starters, when I contact sunrise, the dispatcher is always rude in one way or another. Just last night I called for a cab, but we also wanted them to understand how rudely we were treated by one of their drivers during our last cab ride. Our driver was angry because the dispatcher gave him the wrong address. When I asked for my change he was like "SERIOUSLY!" Then gave me my change & said "GET OUT!" We called and asked to speak with the manager, & the guy said "well guess , I'm the owner" & he hung up. We called back trying to explain what had happened with the driver & to let him know that was beyond disrespectful to hang up on a customer. Unfortunately, even then we weren't able to be heard. He cut me off & said "your wasting my time" & hung up again. The moral of my story is that its better to pay a few extra bucks when your guaranteed a prompt & clean cab with a great service from both the dispatcher & the driver. I will never use sunrise again!
