  • This is my review of my 2 experiences with Pink Dolphin. I called them first (based on Yelp reviews), about 2 years ago for green pool issues. Couldn't get it clear. Owner came out, recommended 6 gallons of liquid chlorine, after spending 30-40 mins, then said no charge! Also said I could probably do chemicals myself going forward, gave me some tips, what a great experience! 2nd experience, just last week, Had my pool vac lose a lot of suction, stopped moving overnight, I thought it might have been storm or debris related. After my own troubleshooting I called Pink Dolphin. Owner called me back, and remembered me, and said Mike would be out Monday at 7. Monday 630 Mike calls says he'll be here 15 mins. Great! I have to go to work, appreciate them running early and calling! Mike was a pro, they blew C02 threw my lines, and pool vac was running before 7am! Impressed. $75 well spent. Plus he tested water and recommended posphate remover. I'm never calling a diff pool co than Pink Dolphin. I'm not a reg customer, yet both times got 5 star service. That's why you see all the 5-star reviews here!
