  • So I went off of word of mouth from a friend that this place has great deals on all new and used cars. WORSE MISTAKE EVER! I am seriously thinking of getting new friends because of this. I bought a Chrysler 300 used from this place and have an extended warranty which allows me to have 3 oil changes in a year. The first time I took my car in for an oil change they put the WRONG oil in and caused my radiator to go out and the thermostat to fail. They apologized and fixed everything at no charge. A couple months later the check engine light comes on and I take my car in 3 DIFFERENT times for them to tell me it was only the gas cap and they replaced it for 15 bucks. 2 days later the light comes on again and the service manager Pete tells me that I now have to take it to a Chrysler dealer to see if they can figure out what's wrong with it. On top of all this they're not even nice about the situation they seem to be annoyed that I keep calling to try to get my car fixed. Horrible customer service. I wish I could just give the car back and be done with this.
