| - I don't shop here often, but the crappy service had me realizing why. I ordered some filters for my spray paint gun two months ago at the store, no one ever called me back or follow up so I went into the store to check on the status this morning. Well, the first cashier just walked away from the counter after cashing in the customer in front of me, and while seeing that I was standing there. He never said a word to me or acknowledged me. Second cashier comes along and said to the lady behind me that he will take her next at the opposite cash register, again just ignored me so he can let the lady behind me go first. I spoke up and told him that I was waiting in line too, he reluctantly came back over, impatiently, again no greeting and no apologies. After I explained my situation, he plainly said, well, if we did not call you then it did not come in yet. He finally went into his computer and checked and just said it must be on back order. Again, nothing further to say when the filters would come in, not even maybe follow up with somebody in his order department.
Wow, now I know why Home Hardware never made it into a big box store, even if they wanted to, with that level of customer service, why would anyone shop here? Sorry, your store will never be the big players because your attitude is just plain uncaring.
