  • *Disclaimer: I was in no way compensated, rewarded or encouraged to write this review. This is my completely honest experience* I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the RM3 program. I have been struggling with my weight for years, but it became especially difficult when I started working a stressful night shift job. On top of that, I have hypothyroidism and my family genetics unfortunately gave me a naturally bigger frame. My highest weight was 187 lbs. I'm a 25 year old female, height 5'6". I was determined to lose the weight before my wedding which was planned in just a short six months due to my fiancĂ© being in the military. On my own, I was able to get down to 178 pounds by doing light exercise and cutting out fast food, soda, sweets, and limiting carbs. But after that I was STUCK. And then it just becomes discouraging and becomes a vicious cycle of gaining back the weight and giving up. As a last resort to trim down for my wedding, I skeptically started the RM3 program at Red Mountain Weight Loss. They measure your BMI and BMR to determine how many calories you naturally burn in a day and how much you need to consume to lose weight. They give you a details food list consisting of proteins, fruit and vegetables. They also tell you how much you can eat of each of these items. I was started on the hcg tablets, appetite suppressant phentermine and the fat burning shots. I think phentermine played the biggest role in assisting my weight loss because I stress eat and eat anything my coworkers bring into the break room. Phentermine completely took away that need to compulsively eat. The hcg tablets also helped to curve hunger while eating significantly less calories than I was used to..it's also intended to help with any hormonal imbalances that can be preventing weight loss. I have been eating approximately 500-800 calories per day depending on if I felt a little sluggish and needed some extra intake. I also go for a brisk walk for about 30 minutes a day and have started doing some light weight training to help build/tone out muscle. With all of that said, I am down 27 pounds in the past 2 months! I'm now 153 pounds. My goal is to be 140 by my wedding and I'm confident I can reach that within the next month and a half. I honestly feel that if you commit to the program, RM3 is an excellent tool to aid in weight loss. It's also a huge motivation to follow a program that requires a moderately high investment of $400-500/month. But it was definitely worth it because I feel and look great! The best investment you can make is to yourself and your health!
