  • I didn't want to share my experience because they did make it right. But I need to let the public know what happened to me and how aware you should me when it comes to your automobile issues. I went in for a routine oil change and when the tech was done he informed me that my serpentine belt was completely destroyed and if I didn't fix this immediately I could potentially die in a car accident. I was worried, so planned to come back and get this fixed. Their total was going to be $130 and it was a little steep for me. I called around and had another mechanic replace it for me, lone behold my serpentine belt was completely okay and still has another year or more left on it. Please be aware if they tell you there is an issue with your car, ASK to look at this particular issue. Very upsetting that a local mechanic could take advantage so easily. Steve was very helpful in solving the issue but please be aware.
