  • I've been using Swan for a couple years. The service has recently deteriorated. Several shirts appeared to be missing and I asked the counter clerk if she would run the clothes conveyor through a circle so I could see if any of my shirts were misplaced. She refused and said they don't make mistakes. I gave her the description of the shirts and asked the owner to call. He called and curtly told me to check my closet and that they don't make mistakes. Also have had a few shirts damaged at Swan recently - minor stuff, but still annoying. It's unfortunate when small businesses lose customers over simple things.
