My new car got bumped up and my regular mechanic couldn't fix it due to it being such a new model. I called Subaru and asked them who I could go to for repairs and they recommended Certified. You drive around town and see dozens of autobody repair shops. You kind of figure they are all the same and hopefully you get one that doesn't rip you off. I notice little things like helpful, polite and courteous staff. From my first encounter with their staff, I gained a good impression. The technicians are all very professional and patient. They explain everything. I brought my car in for a repair that was supposed to take a week. It ended up taking longer than that due to some part they were waiting on, so you have to brace for the possibility of your vehicle being there longer than what they tell you. I was very pleased with the work they did. It looked perfect. After a few months, I heard a whistling noise from the repair. They took a look and did some adjustments. No one ever gave me any attitude or issue about anything. It almost felt like you were dealing with family. I highly respect these guys and hope their business thrives. As an autobody shop, they definitely stood out to me and I'd go back there anytime someone rams into me or I ram into someone else.
