  • As a tenant you are their lowest priority. I was a tenant for over 3 years. I was told with 17 days notice that I would need to move out by the end of the month. They said that the owner wanted to sell so I couldn't extend my lease. They were unwilling to give me any extension even though I was given extremely limited time after being a tenant for such a long period of time. Then come to find out, the owner wasn't selling! They are re-renting and increased rent by almost $200. I'm sure they're great if you're an owner, but renter beware! LIARS
