  • I've gone to focal point 3 different times. 2 of those times were awesome! Obviously why I kept returning. Cora used to do my hair and she was great and so nice. My highlights always looked perfect. I got pregnant so didn't get color until after my baby. Unfortunately cora no longer worked there when I made an appointment... So had to take an appointment with Damaris. She was very friendly upon meeting her. Told her what I wanted..and she got started. It always takes a long time for me getting my hair done but this one was by far the longest I've ever had. I was never offered a drink, magazine and it was like pulling teeth to get her to have a convo. I was bummed after all it was my first time pampering myself after baby and was hoping it was going to be great. Anyways after about 5 hours and 300 bucks later I walked out decently happy with how it looked.... At least until later inspection of my roots underneath the top layer of hair... Horrible job! Worst highlight I've ever had and most expensive.. Go figure. Definitely finding a new salon
