Had my car washed many times at Autobell which I hate to do cause I notice the scratches the brushes leave on ur bumper. I never complained to Autobell. But today a friday afternoon I took it for a wash and knew for sure that my fog light lens was not cracked because i pay attention to the detail on my car. When i got home less than a hour I looked at the car to see if there was anything missed from the wash. I notice the cracked lens. Took it back immediately. They refuse to honor the claim saying its not enough evidence. When they never inspected it or did a check list before running my car thru. First one manager try to say because its after market fog lights they cant cover it. I told him the only thing that was changed was the bulb. Lens has nothing to do with it. Basically he was looking for a way to deny the claim. They suppose to have insurance for this type of stuff. Didnt even say we can refund you your money. Nothing. They want to make money off you but dont want to pay when customer confronts them with damage to their car.
