| - I am a professional, I work crazy hours and my family loves to eat out. We eat out all the time, so ordering BBQ is a treat since BBQ delivery is quite unusual.
The initial three or four times some things were super tasty while other menu items where questionable, as if it was not cooked all the way, or the thought of "am I even eating a real potato" would be lingering while we ate. My honey loved the tri-tip and brisket, while my cousin would always order the sausage sandwich.
Over the last year in a half possibly more there have been times where items from our order would be missing, which was always made right my giving us a free side the next order or what not.
But after at least ordering over five times it seemed silly to keep ordering mediocre food if menu items where dissatisfying, or entirely invisible.
I'm not sure if it is being managed the same as before but for what we initially paid for, we would have more food, and literally BOTTLES of there BBQ sauce with our order. The rolls used to be the best part of ordering but now they seem to taste like the bread my grandma would dry out to feed birds at the park.
This last time I ordered (THE last time), we ordered two double tri-tip combos, a tri-tip rib combo, and a tri-tip kids meal. There was an additional half rib which was never delivered, the delivery gentleman who I believe was the owner was cordial and pleasent- even delivering the food quickly. We realized we were missing the side of ribs and called, informing them the ribs were missing from our order and were told they would be delivered. Only to be called back minutes later and told the owner packed our order and knew they were in there.
This place is either trying to push away customers or they think they only serve certain kinds of customers with respect. Been in customer service for 10 years and that was the most ridiculous excuse for customer service ive ever witnessed. My boyfriend didn't even want to mention it because he was so done. But I called back and let them know that we will not be ordering from them anymore. Our order was $50 and I know for a fact we've ordered over $500 total from this place. Not any more! This is Tempe and is full of other places to blow that money on.
Bottomline unprofessional. #byefelicia
