rev:text	My dealings with Terrawest Centennial was not favorable at all after serving on the Board as a Director for Grand Teton Village Home Owners Association for Five years I got tired of putting my foot down to get anything done. Such simple things as Street sweeping, Refuse Collection, Landscaping, Crime problems, all things that should of been done were done very slowly or barely accomplished or given an excuse of why it couldn't be accomplished, Another problem was once the Board got a consensus on a major improvement project, Terrawest would change the manager we originally worked with to someone completely new and we as a Board would have to start over again getting the new manager up to where we were and stalling any progress, then another manager change would shortly follow. It was like they wanted to get paid but didn't want to perform for the monies. We have since changed to a different Management Company and we have gotten better results and the community has changed for the better since there departure, We now have a recycling/trash collection program being done in the community incorporated hastily by the new company which I requested for years with Terrawest but was told it couldn't be done and a professional landscaping company performing exceptionally. All things that should of been done are being accomplished now. The Terrawest organization is a very female centric organization from the President down and when a strong male raises an issue about a problem in his community that is being ignored and needed to be done they perceived it as a threat and I was labeled as a troublemaker or attacked for wanting the best for my community. They even told their managers not to speak to me because I wouldn't kow tow to their inadequate management style. My advice would be to go elsewhere since they have become too big for their britches, overwhelmed by the scope of their business and can't perform adequately for the monies they are paid. This is my humble opinion and I hope this helps others looking for a professional management company for their community. This isn't the one....
