  • Today was my first time visiting this store at their new location. They have some fun, cute, kitschy items but the shop owners were very rude and unwelcoming. The entire time I was in the store they were having a conversation amongst themselves about how people don't value the retail shopping experience and want to buy everything online. Well, guess what? If you can't be nice to me when I'm shopping at your store and can't be bothered to to even look up while I'm purchasing an item from you...I won't be coming back. You made me feel uncomfortable in your store, even when I tried to spark up a conversation. I think you (as the owners/employees) may be the problem with the shopping experience, not the customers.
