  • I hate to give this place a negative review, but tonight was truly a bad experience. 1, The bar area was full. The happy hour is only available if you sit at one of those tables at the bar area. Instead of taking our names and seat us when the next table opens up, the hostess told us to walk around and see if any tables opens up. There was no order to this chaos. It's like driving in a parking lot looking for parking spot. Just because you got there first doesn't mean you'll get seated first. You also need luck. People came after you could find openings before you do. 2. We were told by friends that you can sign up for their rewards program and get $25 off right away. Our waitress said no, we don't get $25 off today, we can get $25 off next time. Later, after we paid and left, we confirmed that's not correct. I noticed the reward card on our table evens states "instant rewards: $25". (See attached pic) We got cheated. 3. We didn't finish all of our food and we asked for boxes. One of the dish came with dipping sauces. We asked to box those as well. Usually any decent server would grab us new ones from the kitchen. Tonight our waitress decided to just give us empty sauce containers and let us take home the remaining tiny bit of sauces. (See pic) So little its pathetic. So, there was no orderly seating, we got cheated out of $25, and our waitress was too cheap to give us a couple of dipping sauces. I left very unhappy tonight.
