  • This is the most insensitive business I have encountered. We had a family member pass away that had a loan with this company. I did a courtesy call to them to notify them of the death and got the owner Christine. I tried to find out what the options were but she said she didn't had time to discuss this with me and look it up on the web. We got in a little argument and she ended up saying "have a nice life" and hung up on me. Don't ever do business with such evil people who prey on people desperate for money. They don't even deserve one star.
