  • My daughter visited the store on Brookpark Road on 5/11 in the evening around 5:30 ish. She finds a table and chairs she likes for her new place. She sees their is a sold sign on the table and chairs but the sales lady tells her it isn't sold?? She finds other furniture to help decorate her new place. When the sales lady goes to ring her up she tells my daughter it is sold????? My daughter was so upset that the lady did not know her inventory of what was sold or not sold she left buying nothing! If your sales people do not know what is sold or not sold then maybe take it off the floor unless it is shown to buy! Know your furniture.. know your inventory..
