  • Banner Thunderbird sucks so bad for their pediatric patients. I come with my 5 year daughter who has high fever whom just sent us to pediatric treatment room for 3 hours. Notify the nurses that my daughter is not getting better. Ignore me. Pick up my daughter left banner to arrowhead hospital was seen within minutes and got see a pediatric doc within 20 mins. How hard can that be... This is a joke when you come at 10pm with a sick child.
