  • Went to car lot (dealership this place is not) late on a Tuesday and was greeted by a sweet sales girl name Jacqueline. She took her time looking at vehicles with us well after their closing time of 6pm never once acting as if we were putting her out by keeping her. Decided on a 2012 Honda Pilot with 128K miles for approx. $18K. I returned the following day, after making special work arrangements around 3:30pm to look again and make the Pilot purchase. While waiting for my husband to get some necessary paperwork for the purchase and hanging out with Jacqueline I noticed a woman walking around the office and asked if that was the owner, which it was. Fast forward to 5:30, I had walked by this owner NUMEROUS times and never once did she raise her head to even nod, even when walking right by her in the hallway. Same went for the numerous times I made eye contact with the sales manager...at least he made eye contact and didn't walk around holier than thou and hide his face when walking by someone like the owner did, but still rude none the less to not acknowledge someone. Get our paperwork submitted, even though I'm irritated by this owner (who mind you also stood in the sales managers office for extended periods of time with her back to me, never once turning around to say "hi") by 5:30pm, though probably earlier than that time. 6:03pm we were given the response from 1 bank and told the other banks would respond by morning! We asked Jacqueline to tell the sales manager to call the banks as we wanted to drive off in the Pilot and not return as getting out of work early again would be difficult. His response was "banks are closed". So much for trying to 1) take care of your customer & 2) close the deal/make money off one of the vehicles in your lot! This of course sealed the deal for the husband, however what sealed it for me was the owners attitude. If someone is about to throw you 20K don't you think acknowledging their existence would be nice? The other sales guy, a nicely dressed (which I can't say the sales manager cared about at all) black guy who wasn't even dealing with us stuck his head in the office and said goodnight to us...yet the owner and sales manager couldn't even say hello when 2 feet away from me? Needless to say I went to another dealer the next day and dropped 25K on a newer, less mileage vehicle with no money down. Sadly I feel bad for Jacqueline for losing our sale after being a sweet and helpful lady, but the snooty attitude from the owner made it a done deal for us - I'm so happy the sales manager didn't care about taking care of his customer so now I'm not stuck in a POS vehicle knowing I made this owner 20K richer! Please do your business elsewhere - any other place would treat you a million times better than this lot ... Hopefully Jacqueline and the other sales guy will get out of there and go to a place where their management will actually be there for them!
