  • Lived here for over 1 year. Ultra friendly staff, always fix things in timely manner, super close to strip and other bars, restaurants, suprisingly quiet at night, if new to vegas or want to be close to the action... ideal location!!! Minutes to unlv, airport, the strip, shopping mall and centers, nightclubs, parks, and 2 major highways. Note, you can walk to strip and surrounded by hotels, bars, and restaurants. Single male and love this place. Neighbors are relatively friendly, just know diverse neighborhood, and we have our share of lets just say 'not so nice people' but by far most neighbors are ok. The catch 22 to the location and living in the inner city of vegas in general is that you will run into a lot of homeless people and other panhandlers. Has nightly security but my locked-up bicycle was stolen however theft happens everywhere.
