  • Great service, great ice cream, terrible facility. The florescent lights are not only stained, filthy and flashing, but also different colors. There is an off center ceiling fan covered in dust bunnies and rocking back and forth as it spins. How does an ice cream shop get grease stains in the walls and ceiling? If it was anywhere but a cold stone I probably would have walked out, but it's cold stone right? So I ordered and ate way too much delicious ice cream. But seriously clean something and update so I don't feel like there is a man with a mask and chainsaw around every corner.
