  • Deceitful and unethical seller! I am completely dissatisfied with the entire process, from the delivery and the subsequent (lack thereof) customer service. First off, the item took over 30 days to arrive; when I had contacted them about it, they simply shrugged off responsibility and told me to call the delivery service. The items also arrived defective. When contacting them, they deliberately stalled by taking 3-4 days to reply to each email and often never even returned phone calls-- this is nothing more than a way to ensure that the return process falls outside of their return policy window so that they can impose costly return shipping and a 15% restocking fee-- effectively ensuring that the item cannot be returned and that I am stuck with their defective order! I have reported this seller to the BBB for their unethical and deceitful practices. In my 12 years of purchasing on Amazon, this is, by far, the most unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical seller out there.
