  • If I could give a minus I would! I had the displeasure of speaking with one of their managers,Star just last night. I had called the Walmart in hopes of placing a order for $1,600 in school uniforms that are to be delivered to students in need. I tried ordering them online and they would not be ready for pick up until Wednesday. Understandable because they are shipped from warehouse. My hope was that locally they would be able to take my order and I could pick up before Friday so the students would have new clean uniforms. Well the first person I spoke to said "no way, we are in the middle of a circus". I asked to speak to a manager, she kept me on hold for 17 minutes and said that the manager said he was not available and just order online! I finally was connected with Star (should have been a hint right there). Star told me that I would just have to go somewhere and buy them she "ain't going do it". So Walmart can sponsor all of the ads they want but they need to train their employees.
