  • Scheduled septoplasty. Personally delivered leave of absence paper work. Reconfirmed location of procedure and time with staff. Employer approved my time off. They waited until 25 minutes before my arrival to call and tell me the appointment is just a consultation and not the procedure. (Milking extra appointments). No comprehension of the inconvienence. I spent 3 hours reversing my leave of absence and lost $440 of working hours because of the mistake. Some jerk off named Steve has the nerve to tell me they havent made "a" mistake in 20 years. They took no responcibility. The Manager clearly deals with patient conflict everday hence the Yelp rating. Good luck filingba claim for lost wages. This provider is a incredible problem. Just stay away. Go somewhere else.
