  • I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I was SO happy to move out of this apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. First off, the management and office staff is a joke. Second, their "renovated" apartments just has white paint over the cupboards. Our specific "renovated" apartment had the words "f&*# you" written on the wall, and they thought just painting over it would suffice. Third of all, for the last half of our lease, our pool was closed to be remodeled. While they were giving people fines for having unnecessary items on their patios, there was a huge stack of pool furniture sitting in the middle of the complex! It is no doubt that this company will find any way to nickle and dime their tenants. From the poor tiling in the showers, to the mold growing on the air vents, the inability to control your heater and ac (swamp cooler system), this is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. I would not recommend this place for anybody, you can take your business else where and find a better place for the same price.
