Just recently signed up with GoodLife. I've gone to the different locations as a trial in the past with friends and have always enjoyed the cleanliness and availability of equipment.
I chose this location as its relatively close to work. I normally engage in the fitness classes and incorporate free weights weekly in my routine. With that said, there's very little space to work around. Not enough benches around, both flat and inclining ones. Also, the stretching area isn't really ideal as its cramped up and if you're stretching during a spinning class, be prepared for a whiff of really stinky people (although good for you for working in a sweat!) There's not enough mats around to stretch either.
They do have a good amount and variety of cardio machines so you never have to wait.
All in all, at its peak hours it's not too crowded, but there's just not enough space or equipment so if you can avoid going during the lunch or after 5pm rush that would be my suggestion. If spatial re-arrangement of equipment could be done I would advise the team there so that there is more space and feel more equipment is available.
