We had heard that Aunt Chilada's was a great place for Mexican food and decided to give it a try. It was close to 1PM. The small dining area next to the hostess was empty and I asked if we could sit there. Hostess said no but would seat us in the main dining room. That place was packed. It was not only packed it was extremely noisy. There were three groups and individual tables were placed between them. Oh my! What an awful environment.
We waited for a while and no server arrived. So, we checked out the lunch menu. Nothing about this menu was inexpensive. It was pretty pricey for lunch. The single taco plate was $10.99. We sat there debating whether to stay or leave. Our server hadn't arrived yet and too many negatives were already coming up about this place --- loud, expensive and slow service is what we were seeing. No thanks. We went down the road and had a great lunch.
