  • I went to see Dr. Clarissa Barrettoko today. My first visit. I first noticed a clean and big waiting area. My appointment was at 2pm but was asked to come in at 1:30 to fill out paperwork. I waited for 20mins. Then waited 10 mins in the patient room. To me it's not bad. Any Doctor office is going to be a wait anyways. I had my 4 year old son with me who got scared while they took my weight, etc. the staff comfort him by making him laugh and gave him a lollipop to distract him which I thought was very nice! Once I saw Dr. Barrettoko, she was very polite, patient, and listened. She didn't rush me nor did I feel like she was in any hurry. She gave me lots of recommendations for what I needed and a referral. Overall, I really liked her and will continue with my next visit. Reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because calling the office to get an appointment or reschedule is a hassle. You wait on the phone for a while and asked to leave a voicemail if no response. Other than that, I'm glad I found a good doctor not just for me but for my family!
