  • As a Verizon account holder I have been to many of their locations over the years. Typically I would find the usual chaotic environment or funeral home atmosphere with clueless and generally disinterested employees. Not so with this one. I am new to the area and have visited this place with a variety of problems or questions at least a half dozen times. The employees are courteous, generally efficient and highly knowledgeable. Most recently I purchased an IPhone 10 and they were extremely helpful and patient in helping me make the transition. A special shout out goes to DJ Hinson, the guy who got stuck helping me convert my IPhone and who was most patient, knowledgeable and an amazingly calming influence! Thanks, DJ!
