  • Let me start by saying that I have used this company twice. The first time was summer of 2013 and it was truly a 5 star experience, if I was writing a review based on that move it would be just like these other 5 stars on here. When I had to move again this summer, there was no doubt who to use. I didn't shop around, I called just in time immediately. The people on the phone were friendly, they were very clear about the pricing, the two man crew showed up 15 minutes early. They were clean cut and friendly. The performance just wasn't there this time. It took from 5:45am to 12:15pm to move a 1 bedroom apartment 30 miles (and I don't have large or bulky furniture, I moved all of the contents of my bedroom closet and bathroom cabinets, clothes, shoes, cleaning products, etc myself separate from this moving day). I know people with entire houses who have been moved in half that time. The guys did "round down" for their early arrival and the 15 minutes over 12:00, I think they knew it was getting laughably ridiculous. Won't use them again.
