  • Very overpriced furniture. The quality and materials used are not in accordance to the prices. Husband and I walked around the store for a good 30 mns, no representative bothered to ask if we needed assistance, which I guess was good since we decided there was nothing worth asking about. As a business owner, I know how important customer service is, I guess American furniture doesn't.
