  • I recently relocated to Phoenix from Houston. One day the indicator light came on in my car to tell me the car was low on washer fluid. Was driving down Camelback & saw the Subaru dealership & service department across the street. Was surprised that the service advisor, Abel, responded immediately to me asking about the replacing the fluid & connecting the Bluetooth component of my phone. No charge, just super service. Two months later another light came on alerting me to low tire pressure. Without hesitation I called Camelback Subaru to schedule an appointment for oil change & to check the tire pressure. After checking the database, Abel informed me that I had never taken advantage of the Free service package that came with my Subaru. I really had no idea about that, my car salesman had not informed me. So for the last 3 years I had paid for my oil changes, etc. at my neighborhood car service spot. Abel had everything checked & replaced if needed like windshield wipers which weren't working well. Tires rotated, oil change, replaced cabin filter, performed multipoint inspection & indicator light replaced were all included in the service at No Charge, then he had the car washed. My car is not only pretty but all the little nuances have been tended to. There's a nice reception area to sit & wait where I visited with one of the salesman. In summary, this is the best experience I've had at a car dealership service center. A big plus is the easy location too. I love my Subaru & am excited about this great service center.
