  • Well nothing last forever! I loved this place. And things were great, but the owner felt as lost do it's time to try and change things . Added a oversized vehicle fee. That's fine but on a Tacoma ??? Really? Ok , fine but you can't charge more and do less. We take all the company vehicles there and the quality has diminished! We paid this weekend $28 and the vehicle looks like it got a $13 or les wash. The day before I go in with my personal vehicle and get a wash. It was good I asked the guy doing the wash/ dry to hand me a rag that was in his hand so I could wipe a piece of my interior. He said he can't. Owner was firing people, the turnover is ridiculous. The manager that was running the place is gone. And it's apparent ! Msg to owner " you ruined a good thing" unfortunately looks like we're taking business elsewhere. You had one client that has 6 vehicles and in charge of over 100 and we were using you exclusively!
