Worst rental experience. Rented a car with scratches and dented already on the car but the employee would not explain whether the claims department is already aware of the dent. When asked to get his first and last name, he refused to tell me according to "privacy". He will not provide a straight answer on whether the dent was already there. We found another slip showing the dented area but he refused to say that it is the same dent. And kept refusing to tell me how the claim is done, saying that he is just an employee and he knows nothing. Absolutely horrible service. Avoid.
