  • Was very surprised on how I was treated at the downstairs service desk in front of the make up by the Topmens. There was a glitch in the system and the two women didn't recognize the Guns n Roses dress I was trying to return. I had to google it on my phone for them that they did in fact carry that dress after already being turned away. She then called to confirm I was right. They weren't very happy when they were proven wrong and had to give me a refund. I usually get treated very well at Nordstrom's but these girls acted very rude.
