  • I came into Rita's and was greeted with a how can I help you then the man working said are you here to use the bathroom or are you actually going to buy something so I said I would like to use the bathroom but I would also like to buy a drink then my son said may I have the key to the bathroom and he said bathrooms are for customers only in a rude way after I already told him I was buying drinks so I left I don't know what that man's name but it I didn't even get a chance to try out if Rita's was good or not because the service was so poor. I guess you can't teach good customer service'!
