rev:text	I went to the Convenient Care at the instruction of my PPC medical staff and the medical assistants that answer the phones, it was absolutely the most unprofessional, rude and just awful experiences I have ever had in a medical office!!! Cindy Miller is the provider at this location, and my daughter had been to see her twice in the past and I knew she was abrasive and rude to her regarding the "things" they do and can't do at convenient care, but after working in the medical field for 24 years, this woman was so rude and obnoxious that she had me in tears!!!!! She walked into the exam room yelling and talking down to me like I was a child. She actually said that if I felt I needed to complain that she was fine with that and that I should complain to my insurance company as well because the doctors and providers at that clinic needed to stop sending patients to her to do there job!!! I went there to get a referral to Orthopedic Surgery and Pain management at the suggestion of my primary care. Unfortunately due to my work schedule I was unable to get into my doctor until sept 12, and I had an MRI that clearly showed a bone spur in my neck and nerve impingement. Her MA Christina went above and beyond in helping me with the referrals but had it not been for her I would have just left! Needless to say, I am sitting at the urgent care at 1am to see if I can get some relief from the pain I'm having because I called and made a complaint the minute I left, I also left messages with my PCP and requested some help and got no response.
