This is for the pharmacy. Wife had a c-section, had to fill Rx for Motrin 800. They tell me it will he hour and 40 minute wait. Ok, I come back and they say oh we cannot fill it because it's been picked up. First of all, we just left the hospital today, it has not been picked up. Second, after they reviewed more thoroughly, voila, not picked up. Not that they care here, but nothing more frustrating than a wife at home in pain and ignorant pharmacy doesn't do their job... then they didn't even want to bump me up after their mistake? The response from tech was, "oh we had to start it over so it will be a while." Will not be back to overpriced Walgreens.
I will say, pharmacist was nice and filled it after he got story. Too bad you they can't have semi-competent people who deal with customers without acting like the customer is the inconvenience for their mistake.
