  • Their one star average here on Yelp is well earned. Take it from the rest of us, keep moving. I never even got past the 'estimate' stage with these people. I will say the woman who showed up was knowledgeable, but she was rather trite and seemed annoyed that I wanted to know why she made certain recommendations. I requested an estimate with materials and labor separated and she said that was impossible because they offer 'incentives' on certain materials and just plug the square footage into a 'formula' to get back the total price including labor. They seem very into the high pressure tactics as well, because they present high incentives that are only good if we sign on the dotted line RIGHT NOW. I explained to the guy I made the appointment with that we would be obtaining quotes from multiple companies and would NOT be agreeing to anything until reviewing all the quotes. The guy on the phone said that was fine, but once the in-person rep heard that she skated on out of here as quick as she could. It's all very sketchy and creepy in my opinion and I should've checked Yelp before I wasted my time.
