  • I stopped at Panera Bread on Richmond Rd this afternoon for 2 Strawberry Poppyseed chicken salads. We went to eat them later and there were no strawberries in either salad. I called back and the employee who answered offered to have me drive back the 4 miles each way to get the strawberries (what?). Last time I visited they left out the chicken and I did drive back to get the all important chicken. I will not drive back again, nor will I bother to stop by in the first place. Please improve your quality control.
