  • The chiropractor does a good job, but he has his wife running the front desk/billing and she has no idea what she's doing. She makes lots of billing mistakes and then leaves you to fix them and/or figure it out with the insurance company. You'll probably be fine if you're a cash patient or medicare, but not if you have private insurance.
