  • This might be an odd review, but I never received product from Empire. I came home from the hospital today and my yard, side yard, and courtyard were positively littered in business cards. Apparently Araceli Martinez from Empire Today in Phoenix was at my house and somehow got business cards all over my yard. I called Ms. Martinez. No answer. Called the mobile. No answer. Waited. Called several more times. No answer. Called the office and got customer service. Oh, I got someone there, but you could HEAR him rolling his eyes as he told us he GUESSES he can call her but he doesn't see what anyone can do. I told him he can have Ms. Martinez come pick up her cards. He was obviously not impressed as he couldn't bring himself to pay attention to the call. We asked him is he was still there and he said yes, but he just said he'd give her a call. No solution, no apology, no explanation. I read the reviews on this place and I just want to say, everything they said about their customer service is correct. I don't know about their prices, but I own a General Contracting business and the prices I've seen people say Empire quoted them are absurd. Oh I know, I'll end up picking up all the cards sick and tired from chemo, but at least people know that Araceli Martinez doesn't care a tinker's damn about potential clients and Empire doesn't care about anything else.
