Ive never experienced what I have tonight! Came as a group outing to watch a 730 showing of Dr. Strange. We met at 645 and have our order confirmation in hand. Ticket holders say that our tickets were already redeemed (we have 19 tickets). Of course we ask for a manager and we get the GM, who goes and checks the seats and confirms that no one is sitting in them. You would think, cases closed... computer error. NO! We are waiting outside for over 20 mins for the GM to get her stuff together and honor our tickets! Apparently she passes us off to one of her managers.
It is now 730, we have no popcorn and no wine because it looks as if we are not going to be let in to see the movie we purchased in advanced. Still waiting for the manager to approach us with a solution to our problem, we approach the box office and ask about our refund since the movie started. She proceeds to say that the previews are 14 minutes so we haven't missed the movie. Lol. I come to movie theaters to see previews! 735 we are approached with tickets. Still... no wine, no popcorn, no apology, no compensation, just an unhappy group of people.
Not to mention during the movie hearing the staff scope out movie hoppers and I could hear them discussing who it is. Ughhhhhh. I'm just completely disappointed with what was my favorite theater.
They also don't clean their trash frequent enough!
