  • Picking a mover company especially my first time felt like picking a life partner. I was extremely nervous about doing this but with the yelp reviewers I thought Umbrella Movers would be my safest choice. From the get go speaking to customer service Office Asst. Latanya I was like yes, this is a great start!! She made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me at all! She was very upfront and okay with my requests and questions on everything. Very patient with me! So I made the reservation and on moving day Tonathiu and Johan were my movers. What a pleasure!!! I thought they were very straight forward in communication, clear , and open to any concerns that I had with my moving. Both were extremely professional , friendly, and unobtrusive in any way in such a delicate and stressful situation as moving. Funny thing they really seemed to enjoy what they were doing which gave me more confidence with how they would handle our things. Let's start with a break down of what I had completely white couch, white chairs, glass table tops everywhere, and columns that were breakable, NOT ONE piece was harmed !!! Wow! Every single thing they packed and wrapped was done perfectly. I got a peek at the truck they packed and they are great at what they do. They were not messy or left trash anywhere. They would not even use the restroom in all the hours on the job, they kept at it with their work! I was very nervous at the high costs or hidden fees, but NOPE they were legit! Advice if you want them to move quickly pack your stuff up and get it all ready so they can do what they do best in a very systematic way. From now on I will be using movers Umbrella movers!! and hopefully have the pleasure to have the help of both Tonathiu and Johan ! Thank you guys again you made our transition into our new place the most effortless , comfortable, and I actually didn't hate moving this time around!!
