  • Went here the other day after I was car shopping with a friend. The Manger Chris "Buzz" and Arthur Brown quoted my friend and I a price on the Nissan Titan and then we I came back two days later they laughed at me for trying to get the price honored. Buzz would not admit that he told me incorrect information nor would he apologize. He was very rude and unprofessional. We walked out. The funny thing is the very next day my husband and I went to Coulter Nissan in Surprise and bought the Titan AND a 2017 Maxima. Both Platinum trim. Their customer service cost them not one but two sales. Pride cometh before the fall and it's true here. Will never shop here again or recommend them to anyone.
