  • Surprisingly, my roomie and I had a very pleasant experience at this U-Haul. Trust and believe I've had my share of annoying encounters at numerous U-Hauls, but this one was pretty reasonable. We had called in a couple days in advance to reserve 15 foot, but because our unit wasn't ready we had to reschedule a couple times. Today was "pick up" day and in the middle of moving we lost track of time causing us to be about 15 minutes late from picking up our truck. This location closes at 3:30, so last pick up call is 3:20. Because we lost track of time, we were running super late and called in at 3:26pm and to ask Cherlynn if she can please wait 15 minutes after hours so we can pick up our truck. Big Thanks to Cherlynn for waiting for us!!! The pick up was easy breezy. Got the keys, met up with my our moving folks (Five Star Movers!) and then returned the truck. We dropped off the keys in the lock box and BAM our u-haul experience was complete.
