  • I had the honor of working for the Leonard Cohen Tribute concert in November, and Fairmont is where we had our production offices. The staff was absolutely wonderful the food phenomenal. They also have a beautiful boutique food store that just opened inside the hotel it is absolutely gorgeous with imports from Italy and Paris- for all of you out there looking for some unique Christmas Holiday gift shopping I highly recommend you check it out or just go for the waffle station it is to die for!!!
