  • I was in need of a plumber and had a magnet that George Brazil had sent in the mail, so I decided to call them to have them come out. We called on Saturday morning and set an appointment for Sunday between 8-10. So here I am up early on a Sunday so I don't miss the plumber calling me. I get a call around 930 from the plumber saying he can't make it, they had some other customers that were preferred customers call in so they had to cancel my appointment. Very classy George Brazil. Thanks for wasting my time and calling me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know. Now I have the task of finding another plumber on a Sunday. Awesome service.....
